2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3Account & Orders

You do not need an account to place an order, though creating one lets you track past purchases. You're responsible for the accuracy of the shipping and contact information you provide, and for keeping any account credentials confidential.

4Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. The price displayed is the final product price; any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout. Payments are processed through PayPal, and an order is only confirmed once payment is successfully captured.

5Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping, for a total estimated time of 4–7 business days. We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or international addresses. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, provided they're unworn and in original packaging with tags attached. Full details, including our step-by-step process, are in our Returns & Exchanges page.

7Product Information & Availability

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and availability accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, limit order quantities, and cancel orders affected by such errors, in which case you'll be notified and refunded in full.

All content on starluxtify.com — including our logo, designs, product graphics, and site text — is the property of Starluxtify LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content without our written permission.

9User Conduct
